The nurse technician was very friendly and respectful. She took the time to pronounce my name correctly, which was impressive, being that my name is difficult to pronounce. She put me at ease to the point that I had the best blood pressure reading, even if the upper number was still a little high. The doctor was very helpful, respectful, relatable, and showed willingness to make sure I received the best possible treatment to make me better. I appreciate the kindness shown to me.
