A good doctor, decent provider organization

Dr. Ahmad has an outstanding knowledge of state-of-the-art cardiology and electrophysiology. He is highly skilled using the newest techniques and instruments in the JHU system. Dr. Ahmad is also very compassionate and takes the time needed to fully answer all my questions and concerns. I have been seeing him for three years now, managing my Afib. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had. Truly outstanding.

Dr. Ahmad gave me thorough explanations about available procedures with visual aids. From his discussions I feel very confident about my upcoming procedures.

This doctor saved my life. In emergency situation he read my defibrillator, indicated what the problem was, suggested a solution, said here is my action problem, and here is the schedule to accomplish. Never seen anything like this!

Dr. Ahmad is an electrocardiologist that cares about his patients, always with a supportive attitude, using the latest equipment possible. He is not only a consummate professional, he is positive and friendly, and he genuinely cares. He has taken care of my cardiac needs for years now, and I trust him with my life. He will be performing another ablation soon. He Is one of the best doctors that I have ever met, and I have seen many due to injuries.

Provider had excellent understanding of my complex medical history and explained the upcoming procedure in detail in understandable language.e

He was not as frank about my condition as I would have liked. I had to pull out negative information.

Following a hospitalization Jan. 1- 4, 2026 Ahmad and his team provided an office follow up on Jan. 13 on remarkably short notice. He and [staff] did a thorough rview and scheduled a timely follow up. This was far more than I expected under the circumstances.

This appointment was reasonably on time but the appointments I had two weeks ago was 25 min late. They seem to have forgotten about me, I had to go up to the counter and ask about it before they got the technician to call me in (it was for an echocardiogram).
