I am extremely thankful to Dr. Lum. After years of going from doctor to doctor trying to get the correct diagnosis for my neck injury, I got referred to him. He gave me the correct diagnosis and treatment process. After both rib removals I am at a point where I'm healing. He was able to give me relief after a 5 year injury.

Visit started over 1 hour late, but I was not informed about the reason for the delay until I saw the NP. The doctor had been in emergency surgery at 4am. A reasonable excuse for the delay, but his patients should have been notified.
