Dr Lu-Myers is EXCELLENT!! I finally found relief from a winter drippy nose that has been bothering me forever. She nailed it and explained what I can do presently or what I might do in the future. The medication provided me was perfect and I only need to use it when the condition occurs. I have been thrilled with every Jon Hopkins physician I have used.

First I must state that my recent visit was only the second time with Dr Lu-Myers. My provider will clearly state if my problem can be precisely diagnosed with a test or whether she has to exam my head and listen to my explanation to the issues of my problem and then conclude an analysis. She has on both visit given me two possibilities and two approaches to cure the problem and the medicine for the two possibilities.

This was the first time seeing this provider and I was pleased with her performance and her willingness to help me

She was very helpful with easing my mind with the neck cyst I was dealing with. Soft spoken, wonderful bedside manner. Having her use the computer to scribe our visit gave me reassurance that accurate notes were taken.

I had went to my primary for ear pain. She said I needed to see an ENT and I got appointment that afternoon.

Dr. Lu-Myers was very professional and competent. She was kind and calm during the visit, providing helpful information and completing my procedure quickly and sufficiently.

Dr. Lu-Myers is exceptionally talented. It is almost a shame that her talents are so underutilized in doing something so simple as cleaning wax out of my ears. It would seem that a nurse, physicians, assistant, orderly got our technician could do that. it is trying to get appointments with a doctor that align with my audiology checks with for my hearing aids that is really difficult
