I am medical oncologist dedicated to the care of patients with genitourinary malignancies. My clinical and research focus is on the management of renal cell carcinoma (RCC). I have completed Medical Oncology Higher Specialist Training with Royal College of Physicians in Ireland and subsequently completed Advanced Medical Oncology Fellowship at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.

I am a kidney cancer patient, currently in the watchful waiting phase after surgical and medical cancer treatments. Every three or four months, I undergo Blood tests, CT and MRI imaging for early detection of metastases. Dr. Ged orders and coordinates these tests and evaluates the results (so far all negative). Dr. Ged answers all my critical questions clearly and empathetically.
