Dr. Yang was profesional, caring and a good provider. IAt the time I had what I thought was a minor cold and answered questions that way. It turned out later to be covid but I dinidn't think that at the time.So I presented myself in such a way that possible covid didn't seem likely. I was surprised to test positive a day or so later.

Although this provider is excellent as a professional and covers the medical bases, she seems slightly uncomfortable talking to me as a person and patient. However, she has improved over the years and probably will continue to do so.

My only complaint about the provider is that I wish they would make a point of finding the referrals closer to where I live. I don't live close to Bethesda, and so aside from ordinary lab tests I keep having to go over to Bethesda for my referral appointments, and I live near Hyattsville. I could get a primary provider that's closer to me, but I like Dr. Yang, and it's hard to find new primary physicians.

Doctor Weilin Yang is a wonderful, caring, experienced provider. She knows my health history and I fully trust her recommendations.

Said hi but did not address me by name which made me feel like a number in line. She was rushed. Talked fast. No openness to talk through any concerns. Seemed distracted.

Dr. Yang is very kind and welcoming. She listens well, sometimes doesn't provide a direct yes or no answer but that's ok. She creates an environment where I feel safe talking about myself and some deeply personal issues.

Dr. Yang operates rather like a robot. There is very little personal feeling demonstrated. This does apply to her knowledge.

In general I don't like going to the doctor, but I enjoy seeing Dr. Yang. I've recommended coworkers to see her when they're unhappy with their primary care provider.

Dr yang is a very caring provider, easy to to talk to and listens.

I am a visual person and look at facial expressions as well as listening to spoken words. I'm not able to read Dr. Yang's facial expressions. She seems emotionally remote. I also feel no one is paying attention. In a recent visit, perhaps my physical, I checked yes' to all the indicators of depression on the check-in questionnaire. No one said a thing to me about depression.
