My provider was very helpful

Dr. Chien, is a wonderful doctor in my opinion he is always very curious very thoughtful. Very thorough him and I have been dealing with a tube issue in my ear for a long time quite honestly he nailed it. I come by periodically to make sure it's still in and get it cleaned out a little bit. He's a great man you're lucky to have him.

I was very disappointed with the doctor. I felt he didn't listen to me. Instead of asking how I felt about losing 96% of my right hearing he said that I've been without hearing for 10 years, I had adapted. He then went on to say he knew many people that were deaf and managed just fine, one being a CEO of their company. He made me feel inadequate and less of a person for wanting to be able to hear again.

Very professional carefully explained my condition in layman's terms. Warm, people personality. Explained my condition with honesty and care.

Checks ears n cleans, see you in 6 months

He spent about 5 minutes with me and said my mri looked good and my hearing test suggested I need hearing aids, I told him I had a lot of presure In my right ear and have ear ringing in that ear, he said all I needed to do was get a hearing aid and this would help a lot. I think my charge of 525 for this advice and only 5 minute consultation with no further tests is excessive

My provider listened to my concerns, evaluated the symptoms and didn't find anything abnormal. He confirmed that there is no need for a follow up.

I felt the provider could have taken more time with me. It was my first visit and I felt rushed. I provided notes from previous surgeries from another hospital during my visit and I felt that he could have spent time to see/discuss what was done and the diagnosis. I felt I had to prompt discussion.

Dr chien is excellent, also kind a thing which is lacking in too many health providers.

Dr. Chien is an ENT. Provider whom I have seen annually over the last 7 or 8 years as my hearing has worsened.

I had to Wait 40 mins. To See the Dr. And he spent a maximum of 15 mins. To explain my test results

Provider did not spend enough time with me to talk about health issues.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Chien, after my other provider retired after years of seeing her. I was extremely pleased with Dr. Chien. He was knowledgeable, thorough and did a superb job with cleaning my ears. His touch was gentle. I have having this procedure done for over 20 years and Dr. Chien was perfect. I don't having hearing in my one ear and I am extremely sensitive to the care of my ears. I am over joyed to have found a perfect replacement for my other provider who retired Thank you Dr. Chien.
