Background

Dr. Grami, MD, MPH is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine. He is a member of the Pain Medicine Division and became the Multidisciplinary Pain Medicine Fellowship Program Director in 2024. Dr. Grami grew up in Davis, California and obtained his medical degree and Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. He completed his anesthesia residency at the University of Pittsburgh (main campus) and his pain medicine fellowship at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. Before joining Johns Hopkins, he was at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania for nearly 15 years. He enjoys teaching and interacting with fellows, residents and medical students. Outside of work, Dr. Grami enjoys time with his wife and 2 young children and exercising.
