The Best, and EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!

My provider is extremely attentive and truly listens to my concerns. She consistently follows up and ensures all aspects of my care are addressed, including coordinating appointments and keeping me up to date with preventive care, such as annual visits, screenings like mammograms and colonoscopies, and vaccinations. She is always on time, very pleasant, and creates an environment where I feel heard and never rushed. I feel very well supported and am extremely happy to have her as my provider.

This was my first meeting with my primary care physician and was very pleased. She had reviewed my medical history and we talked about different health issues along with family health issues. We reviewed my current medications list and updated any changes.

Dr. Dodd was well prepared. She knew about my relevant current history. She told me that I needed an echo scan and warned me that a CT scan may also be required. She advised me that I may require some require some minimally invasive surgery to correct what was probably a specific type of hernia.I should have written down what she was telling me, because she was a wealth of information. I like her. She is very up beat and fun.

Unlike my previous provider, she was patient, knew my vitals, listened to my concerns, discussed an alternative prescription, and confirmed/ got my consent before taking next steps. Dr. Dodd was very efficient with her time and was quick with answers and seemed like she was in a hurry to get to the next patient. She resolved my issue.

I felt that she wasn't very personable and did not listen well to the concerns I had. Eye contact was lacking and affect was flat. Physical assessment skills were great and she communicated what she was doing to me, which I liked. However when I spoke, I didn't feel the concerns I mentioned were really listened to or considered.

My appt with Dr. Dodd was excellent. We reviewed my health concerns first before thoroughly going over my entire health history. She asked questions and I felt we collaborated on making changes to my medication. She also explained why changes were necessary.

Dr. Dobbs and I are a new team. I chose her because when I had MONTHS of terrible coughing, she was the only one of 3 doctors who was alarmed at the length of time I had been coughing so much, and took stronger action. I like her direct, no-nonsense style. I went to see her later as a follow-up, and she did an excellent job of explaining everything to me.

Knowledgeable, caring and Professional service provider

This was pre-op for urgent surgery determined needed at 7/3 hand surgery Initial consult, with suscheduled for 7/9 (less than a week out and heading into holiday weekend) yet Dr Dodd's scheduler was able to schedule pre-op primary care visit same day (7/3) to make sure approval for surgery could be completed to permit surgery so soon. Amazing!

I am more than pleased with Dr. Tracy Dodd, I moved here from NY and she is my first primary doctor and I feel very comfortable with her caring for my medical issues. She explains things so I understand, she had a plan for my diabetes and followed through. Not just with the diabetes but also blood pressure, cholesterol, my total medical issues. She listened to my concerns and directed me as needed.
