We had a need to consult urology regarding catheter leaking as requested by the Howard County wound center doctor pertaining to a new wound site. Tracie was able to fit us in with a video visit.

This was our first meeting. I found NP Cometa very pleasant & informative.

I waited 45 minutes In the exam room to be seen with no updates as to what was happening. I don't believe the physician would have brought this up until I did. She did apologize after that. I was not updated at all as to why I was waiting so long.

She was mostly just fine and had lots of really helpful information. A bit more asking me what I actually wanted to know would have been a bit more efficient though. I got a fair bit of information I already knew so we could have been done a bit faster if she'd asked about that. But this a minor thing, mostly just fine.
