Tracey Reinecke-Kashima is truly outstanding in her role as healthcare provider. This is the second time she has helped me when my primary care provider was not available. Tracey is knowledgeable and professional, goes Into great detail and Is very caring. I was very happy when I saw her name on the list of available providers!

This is the first visit I have had with Tracey and she was nothing short of amazing! I will request her again if need be for a video visit! She was thorough gave me extra tips on how to use nasal spray and explained the whole trajectory of this RSV virus And how it can result in a secondary infection, etc. Very knowledgeable very patient and very informative! Nurse Practitioner Tracey is an excellent clinician who was very thorough and explained things clearly. I would choose to see her anytime If needed.

Covid/Flu tests were picked up at pharmacy and a family member gave me the test and I reported the results to Dr by phone.

It was good to get help without leaving the sofa.

This provider was absolutely the best I have ever had for a virtual appointment. She was everything I look for in a primary care provider... Knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to my concerns. She made a virtual appointment seem like an in-person visit with a physician who listens, empathizes, and communicates well.

Provider was excellent but was 20 mins late to the appointment her provider came on 15 mins into the appointment to say she was on her way I scheduled this between meetings at work so timeliness was most important however I did get the care I needed and she was great for the few minutes that I spoke to her to order my blood test she was very apologetic

Tracey was very friendly, direct and helpful. I had a bad case of poison ivy that was spreading and I let Tracey know that I had a similar experience a few years ago. She immediately found the record and got me on the same steroid that worked so well before. I am partly through my course of treatment now and am doing so much better.
