I was originally scheduled to see [staff] but I had to cancel and saw a new provider, PA Hurd. She was not made aware that I had asked for a full skin check, but when I let her know she got caught up quickly and continued the appointment. She was flexible and responsive

She's great. I saw her for a minor skin condition in December and she prescribed a cream that healed it very quickly.

This was my first visit with PA Hurd (you did not have that as an option--need to add). She was very thorough and helped me better understand my skin condition while prescribing something that works very well. Knowing the Rx takes a while, she gave me two small samples to start using immediately, for which I am very grateful. I would come back and I do recommend PA Hurd.

Provider is knowledgeable, but bedside manners could be better. Sometimes its not what we say, but how we say it. Also, when interviewing a patient it is more comfortable to do it with the patient sitting up, not laying down.

She is very experienced and know about my condition and provided Expedia service to get me back on track

This was my first visit with PA Hurd, as appointment availability in this clinic was very limited for many months. I appreciate that that problem now seems solved. PA Hurd was friendly, professional, and thorough in her examination of my glorious body for dermatological issues of concern. She responded to my questions and gave me confidence that some past dermo issues are not a present concern.

Tierra was amazing. One of the best and most knowledgeable dermatologists I've had in a long time. If she was closer to Baltimore, I'd always book with her. But she's in DC. High recommend her, she 11/10 service with her.

I thought the provider was knowledgeable. However, I felt she was very rushed and though she listened carefully, she rushed out and left me not knowing what I was supposed to do. Was I to just leave, or stop at the desk or what. She disappeared really fast

Good visit

In spite of Johns Hopkins facility 10 minutes from my home in Odenton MD, the Group was completely unable to schedule an appointment near me. My two options were Baltimore MD or Washington DC. Because of concern for a skin condition that had suddenly developed, I chose Washington, as it was the soonest available.

Tierra Hurd is knowledgeable, skilled with giving injections. She was EXTREMELY rushed - did jot introduce herself, interrupted me twice and wrongly anticipated the questions I was trying to ask. She left before I could clarify the medication she prescribed. Her manner was uproot and at times harsh. Given that I was there for a cancer screening, I find this attitude not helpful and a bit distressing.

She is good listener, explained the possible problem and solution.
