Teadra Pennycooke is thoughtful and patient. She listened to my concerns and addressed two separate things for me.

This was my first time meeting the doctor and I wish to continue with her as my Primary care doctor.

The provider was very nice and helped me during the day.

She has been helping me with a weight issue. I lost a few pounds and she was visibly excited for me which heelped me with confidence.

T Pennycooke is a great provider, however it is growing harder and harder to get in an appointment see her when I need care in the next 48 hours.

Felt like she was attentive and understanding with my mom's dementia. We took up way more time than we should have, and I did not feel like we were being pushed out. Doctor Pennycooke did an overall good job during my appointment. My one piece of feedback was that she spent most of the appointment looking at the computer screen instead of looking at me. While I understand that there is information that is important on the screen that she needs to look at, I'd have appreciated more of her direct attention.
