Tanya listened to my conditions that included BP rose close to 140 on some days. I gave her the particular 7 days of BP numbers. I told her for the last two months I noticed my lower legs swelled slightly. I told her that I'd see [staff] in a month.

This was a follow-up after atrial ablation. Pulse and blood-pressure were taken. Short interview with PA. Questions concerning followup anti-coagulation were deferred until next visit with MD. Appointment could have been virtual.

It was unclear to the nurse practitioner and me what was the purpose of my appointment. I had it on my calendar for several months. I believe it was set up at my last visit to the doctor by the doctor's office.

Tanya was knowledgeable, gracious and friendly. She answered all my questions and gave me good advice.

Tanya provided me with helpful information about my ailments and physical well being, in language I could understand.

I wanted to see my cardiologist about my swollen ankles, but he is booked into next year. I was given an appointment with Tanya. She told me to keep taking furosemide, and elevating my feet, but no other suggestions like the problem might be foot neuropathy or something else. I wish I could have seen or spoken to [staff].

She explain very well my health condition , my medications and why I needed them, my need to keep my weight down because of my heart condition, Why my next visit with the pulmonary doctor was important and questions I needed to ask and really understand for my health. My wife and daughter also thought she was outstanding and explained everything clearly
