Chen, Shuyi had read the scans before she saw me. She had an historical perspective and was detailed in her observations and suggestions. She listened and explained the tests and next steps carefully and clearly.

Dr Chen is an ophthalmology specialist not involved in my normal health care. She is excellent.

Dr. Chen conducted a very thorough annual eye examination. She answered my questions and facilitated discussion about my eye health. She referred me to an eye disease specialist for follow-up to check for new eye conditions.

The actual time was one hour later than the appointment time.

I liked her. She made a quick and complete assessment of my condition and gave me an informative diagnosis.

Dr S. Chen and [staff] whose last name I was not given from Greece were both quite wonderful. I'd be pleased to see them again between seeing [staff] who does eye surgery. While I waited I also spoke with [staff] in Glasses to see the models of glasses I liked and may buy once both cataracts are removed from my eyes. That I cannot see, but are there. I have astigmatism making my eye care more difficult and Perscriptions far more complex particularly for contact lenses.

Communication was collegial. I did not feel stupid.

I was very pleased with Dr Chen. She listened to my issue and did all she could to make sure I knew everything was ok.
