Susan is the best of the best! She is by far my favorite medical provider. We had a wonderful medical provider - patient relationship. She always had my health care in high regard. I will miss her immensely! I'm so happy for her to finally take care of herself and time for her family. Susan is kind, caring always making you feel cared for and comforted when needed. We still aren't sure why I am passing out, but Dr. Shultz took the time to try to learn about my complex history, she ordered an abundance of tests, and she even reached out to my neurologist to keep him informed of the situation. I am highly impressed with the care received.

A little bit dismissive about my concerns of morning high blood pressure readings due to a negative real BP reading in the office and immediately prescribing Pepcid for my complaints of early morning nausea

Susan is a concerning person who cares about my health. We are trying different things to control my blood pressure. She is doing the best that she can and I have faith in her judgement.

The provider was fine. I am glad that I was able to see her when my regular primary care was unavailable. I had sent in a message the evening before and I included pictures of the issue. When I met wit the provider, it seemed that neither was made available to the provider. I do not understand why that would be so.
