Dr. Levin, took his time to listen to me and explain the problem so I could better understand. He looked me over head to toe. He gave me directions of what to do for pain.

I had a high degree of pain and I thought the provider handled the situation with professional care.I also had not heard about all of the tragic events that happened in the last few days. He is obviously a smart guy and gave a detailed breakdown of the medicine he was going to prescribed and how it works. He was also helpful n attempting to ameliorate the cost associated with the medicine. Don't have the medicine yet as there was an issue at the pharmacy regarding the prescription and they were reaching out to the Dr about whatever was needed.

I do not feel the provider listened to or addressed the reason for my visit. I believe he instead focused on a condition in my medical history for which I was not seeking treatment. I should have been referred back to the physical medicine and rehabilitation department where I was previously treated. Dr. Levin does have a very friendly demeanor, so that is a plus.
