Dr Ghosal allowed me to come to my appointment earlier because she understands things happen and you need to adjust the time. She's always very understanding. I've been seeing for years and appreciate that she's flexible and willing to work with your need to reschedule an appointment time.

Dr.Ghosal is always aware of my recent medical issues even if they do not immediately involve her. She has already checked my Track My Health to see my bps and heart rates. She is friendly, kind and listens to what I have to say. My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Ghosal and we are both very happy that she is our primary care doctor.

I was seen by this provider at the request of my PCP [staff] to get quickly evaluated since I had another UTI.

I have been seeing Dr. Ghosal in this location since she transferred from the Belcamp location. She is always so kind and professional. She shows real concern for my both my mental and physical health. As a military family we are not used to seeing the same Dr repeatedly, as appointments are booked in military offices, based on first available. It is a great comfort knowing I will see the same doctor, and NOT have to guide them thru my medical history. Dr. Ghosal remembers, and shows a real concern/interest.

She was very nice , but I felt rushed . I wanted to talk about possibly changing meds and when I brought it up it was pushed aside and never discussed.

I feel like I am just a wheel in the cog & the doctor is checking off boxes. I do not feel any connection to her or feel she knows me at all. I would love more questions that ask about my health goals, how are things going (& really wanting to know). I basically go to get orders to meet my needs. Yes, I could go into my goals/concerns, but in the past she didn't seem too interested.

Provider seems she did not review my chart before meeting me as she didn't know all my health background that was in the history until I told her. She also didn't say plans for me. I told her to put in the chart the things she was saying about a specific thing but when I checked the chart, it was't there. Also, I saw in the chart that im obese class 1 but didnt say anything about goals or any advise for my health.

I think Dr. Ghosal is wonderful. I enjoy our visits because she's so sweet. She's knowledgeable and answers all my questions.

This was my first visit with Ghosal. I believe it was the nurse who was to take my vitals and blood pressure. She started and then disappeared. She never came back to finish. Then, later on during the visit , I met Ghosal. It was definitely a weird visit. In the end, Ghosal went over my information in the system and completed the visit.
