Dr. Rozati was professional and attempted to explain technical medical concepts to me. However, after Dr. Rozati left the exam room, I was asked by the resident to sign a blank Authorization for Release of Health Information form which made me feel uncomfortable. When I raised this discomfort, the resident had the fellow fill the form out and provide a copy before I left the clinic.

The care providers from medical assistant to doctor were very respectful, gentle, and great bedside manner. What I thought was a general follow up became a visit that required biopsies. I was so nervous and everyone involved made sure I was as comfortable as possible. They did help me feel better in a stressful situation for me.
