Dr Narang performed cataract surgery on me and the results are amazing. For someone who had worn contact lens for over 55 years, it is truly miraculous to not need glasses for distance or reading.

Thorough eye exam

Dr Narang performed cataract surgery on my left eye on 1/21 and the follow up appointment was 1/22. The surgery experience was A+ and the results were unbelievable. I can see again -- it's amazing.

She seems very busy and wants to move on. I have to be quick with my questions or comments.

Got lost due to road construction. Don't know Columbia roads. Got to appt 30 minutes late Was clearly upset. Check in lady couldn't have been any kinder. She asked Doc if I could still be seen and Doc said yes. Thanks again!

Dr. Narang explains the test results and why she recommends glaucoma treatment continues. She is professional and also personable. She has come to the waiting room in the past to take me to her office when it was very crowded and service was very slow. She took very good care of me when she removed my cataracts last year, knowing I had no central vision in one eye and how nervous I was. My trust in her has been very well rewarded and I do recommend her highly.

She felt that it was urgent that I see a retina specialist since I had not been seen in over a year and I am on Rx which requires monitoring. She doctor the need in my records which facilitated getting an appointment.

Was too much in a hurry. Seemed stressed and overwhelmed.

The problem with the entire visit was that I was asked in writing the purpose of my visit. I explained it. Then when I got to the office services were performed by a Tech who said he knew the services were not the purpose of my visit but the doctor wanted to see the results. After consulting with the doctor, he came to me with a simplistic answer to my question and said, ""do you still want to see the doctor?"" Well of course I did, that was the purpose of the consultation!

Was knowledgeable and courteous

There was delay of 20mts in seating and ~1:30hr before doctor seeing patient. No one informed the patient about the delay nor recognized the delay, not even by the doctor. Doctor did not even read the history before seeing the patient and spent only 5mts with patients.

The visit was comprehensive but I thought she might have been more forthcoming about the issues I was concerned about.

The appoint was at 1 I was not seen till 2 pm no one told me their will be a delay or why .

She did a eye exam to determine if my cataracts needed to be removed. They did not at this time and she explained that my vision was more impaired by needing a new lens rx.
