We have to wait at least 30 minutes past appointment time every time

The nurse was pleasant and professional. Made sure my child was comfortable with the tests. Doctor was also patient and listened to our concerns and made sure they were addressed through a test and by answering my questions.

Dr R is caring and thoughtful. My family is lucky to have her!

All the information was in simple terms and well explained so that my son could understand.

Dr R is such a fantastic doctor! Such a great bedside manner and can explain things in a way that is easy to understand. She makes my daughter feel validated and safe.

Dr Sheila is AMAZING!!! She listens, she is supportive, she understands concerns even in complex medical situations. She actively engaged my daughter's specialists to ensure continuity of care. She knows me, my kids, my family. I cannot praise her enough for her acceptance and understanding of others.

Dr. Ravendhran is always so wonderful and really takes her time to answer all questions and listen to her patients and the parents concerns. Dr. Ravendhran even answers questions about my other children who go to the practice not during their visit and is always very kind to offer all information that is needed. We are very lucky to have her.

I think the 20 min appt schedule you have is ridiculous and doesn't allow great conversations to happen. We're in such a rush to go over everything, not much ""discussion"" can happen which is frustrating. Dr.Ravendhran is the best buy you don't allow her to be her best.

Dr. Ravendhran is very personable, knowledgeable, informative, gentle, caring, thoughtful, inquisitive, invested and a really great doctor.

I really appreciated that she was understanding and accepting of neurodiverse children and understood the family life challenges that goes along with it. I also really appreciated that she is willing to have a conversation about treatment options- advantages/disadvantages and includes the parent/patient in the decision making process. She also made sure that she explained the rationale behind the recommendation for a treatment.

Dr. R is always wonderful and a pleasure. She apologized for running late but I didn't even notice! The team does a great job working together, so the lateness wasn't even noticeable.

Dr Ravendhran cares for both of children, she is very diligent with asking the right social questions and ensuring that our children are meeting their milestones. She not only ask questions of the parents but she directs them at our children so they feel included. After 5 years we continue to come back to her as we truly feel the genuine care she has for our children.
