I sent a message via MyChart about a referral, received a call and had an initial appointment the same day. Great care and service. Great follow-up to see a more targeted carer provider. Also understood what I was dealing with and believe me and my symptoms.

I'm so glad I could get a last-minute appointment for my unexpected injury especially as it was before a weekend.

This provider was very helpful and did not at all rush very patient with me

Suggest provider read notes in patient file prior-not during- appointment.

I was frustrated since I felt like I sought medical advice and assistance for a very itchy and sore stye on my left eye. I didn't want to be told the best course of action is to use a warm compress and wait for it to heal. However I did appreciate the prescription for the eye drops. They did help.

I have been in so much pain with my lower back/hip osteoarthritis with this flare up, Ms. Larmooh was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. She had a great bedside manner. The best actually and I felt valued as a patient.

I had a video session with her. She was very knowledgeable in the area of vertigo. She immediately understood what I was saying to her, recommended treatment, and a prescription. I feel SO much better. Vertigo is very incapacitating so I appreciated that she knew her stuff so to speak.

Very helpful telehealth visit. She noticed thaty injured hand was swollen and recommended icing and elevation.

She clearly understood the problem I was having and offered an immediate solution of medication that I needed. She truly saved me from having to go for more medical attention that I knew was not really needed. She was very compassionate! The Tele visit which was arranged last minute worked out perfectly. I was so thankful it was available for my use.

Grateful that she was working on the day after New Year's so I could get treatment. Her quick action ordering a lab test but also prescribing an antibiotic at the same time allowed a quick recovery rather than waiting for the results over the holiday weekend.

This was the best available appointment which was a NP. I wish I knew when I agreed to a visit with an NP I would be limited to what could be prescribed.

The provider was professional and courteous though not my provider. I'm still feeling really sick; I guess this viral bug is taking its sweet time to leave my body.

The provider signed on 10-12 mins late. Left us wondering if she was going to join.

Provider said that x-ray was ordered.When I arrived at Advanced Radioligy, they never received the order! They had to call John Hopkins and they faxed the order over.

A little awkward as my issue was migraines. We discussed in detail and it eased my mind that it was t more than sudden return of migraines.

Shannon was extremely pleasant, professional, and seemed very interested in listening and helping me with my problem(?) I was in a unusually good mood considering the fact that I don't/didn't know what's going on with my current situation. She made me feel like, even though I was laughing at a few ""jokes"" that I made, she too has a sense of humor. But, that my health is to be taken seriously.

First visit with this provider, she was excellent. Good listener and medical knowledge.

Excellent Service

The woman I met with was helpful, but seemed very distracted during our meeting. It was clear that she spent most of her time reading from her screen. After obtaining permission to record and use an AI assistant, the rest of the meeting was largely her relating information from her screen to me. There were several times that I would say something or ask a question, and her response was related, but not exactly on, as you'd expect from someone who was only half-listening.

I had wanted an inperson visit to examine my daughters eye but there were no available appointments, so we did virtual. It was fine but would have been nice
