While I really like my physician there, and was nervous about seeing another provider, Shahla exceeded my expectations!

Dr. Price, who I've never seen before, listened attentively to my explanation of symptoms, asked relevant questions, explained what was probably ailing me and the importance of starting medication and to be seen by a physician in person. She prescribed the medication and set up a follow up appointment with one of her colleagues. She followed up to that second visit had looked at the test results (of the tests she ordered) and really took an continued interest in my health. I was very impressed by her in-depth answers to my questions and concerns. I could not be happier with her.

Both the wonderful nurse who called me after I sent the my chart message and the and the Urgent care PA was amazing understanding I was *mortified* and embarrassed to have to talk about what was going on with me. Each person I spoke to was kind understanding and knowledgeable they showed genuine care and kindness that made me feel understood and that I could trust that they were going to help me as best as they could

Shahla Price listened well, answered my questions, was candid about the tech challenges, and sent in a prescription for me right away. She had access to my medical records and gave me info that was relevant to my history and circumstances. Plus, she was kind and sympathetic.

Provider came to call extremely late, was inpatient, spoke over me and di a VERY long loud yawn as I was talking and said they were tired. Made me repeat myself and seemed like I was wasting my time.

I believe the initial connection with the provider was made as an online appointment with Ms. Price.

Ms. Price always provides me with the best care unique to my needs. The treatment always proves to get me feeling better in a shorter period.

Everything went well

There was some sort of technical difficulties with the connection. It appeared to be from the medical office side not my computer. The provider did her best to fix the problem but I think an IT person should look into the issue. Doctors and patients aren't the ones to fix this kind of issues. Specifically the sound would stop working. But we made it through the visit by being patient with the situation.
