Background

Dr. Sarah Johnson Conway is the Senior Vice President of the Office of Johns Hopkins Physicians and Physician Group Practice for Johns Hopkins Medicine and Johns Hopkins Health System (JHHS). She is responsible for driving the strategic direction of our clinical practice across employed and affiliated physicians and directly oversees all JHHS physician entities. Additionally, Dr. Conway serves as the Chief Medical Officer of the Johns Hopkins Clinical Alliance, the Johns Hopkins Medicine clinically integrated network. She is also president of Johns Hopkins Personalized Care, offering concierge primary care and psychiatric services, and president of Johns Hopkins Medical Management Corporation.

Dr. Conway is an associate professor of clinical medicine. Her areas of clinical expertise include internal medicine and hospital medicine. Her research interests include value-based care, complex care coordination, and FQHC partnerships.  

Dr. Conway received her undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard University. After working at Goldman Sachs in investment banking, she earned her M.D. from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Following residency, she served as the Department of Medicine's inaugural Health Systems Management Fellow.
