Dr Hsu was fantastic! So was the junior doctor helping her. Dr. Hsu understood my issue immediately and performed two procedures to fix the problem right away. I did not expect that! I am very happy with the results of the work she did on me. She recommended additional things that I agreed with and I think they will be helpful.

I feel like the resident connects with me more than the doctor, who only comes in at the end to confirm what I've told the resident. It is a little bothersome to repeat the same interaction twice. She is kind and knowledgeable however, always reviews and fills prescriptions as needed, and assures me that my conditions are and can be handled after I've spoken.
