Dr. Gautam's warm and inviting demeanor is contagious. He takes interest in listening to his patients this is evident through his direct eye contact and clinical notes. Additionally, Dr. Gautam is knowledges in this specialty area as he often offers all options to me as a patient before drawing a conclusion which makes me feel that I have room to make my own medical decisions.
