Dr K is a true professional who quickly analyzed an a photograph of a rash on my body and prescribed a cream and instructions on how to use it for best results. While still on the video appointment I got a notification that the pharmacy had received her request. 25 minutes later I had the tube of cream in my hand. After its first application the rash starting to disappear.

Excellent service, very professional. Dr K is awesome. I answered ""no"" about not receiving a call for my test results because I got the results Friday afternoon in My Chart app. I was surprised how quickly I received them since I just had the blood test Friday morning. I'm sure the office will call me on Monday or early next week.

Dr. Kapfumvuti really made my day! I had a morning appointment with my hemotologist, and he was awful! She cheered me up and validated my concerns. During our visit, she took excellent care of me. She listened carefully and did not rush me through the appointment, as many other doctors do. She listened to my concerns, and weighed the pros and cons of making changes to my medication schedule. I hope that I can stay with her for a while.

I was in for a physical. It was completed in less than 5 minutes and completely rushed. Not sure how any illnesses could have been properly diagnosed. The doctor was very pleasant and professional.

Loved how she listened, she had very good advice and feedback. Had been looking for someone that took nutrition into account and she did just that without me asking. It was a new doctor consultation and I'm excited about having her as a doctor going forward.

It was a routine visit and I received a good examination. I had a blister on my foot and Dr K laced it and bandage it. She also prescribed an antibiotic.

This was my first visit with this provider. It was much better than expected. There was a lot to cover. She Is easy to talk with, kind, respectful, and very thorough. She was aware that I have glaucoma and actually walked me to the front desk to ensure safety finding my way to schedule next appointment. The next day, she followed-up. When appointment was not scheduled as she requested, I was called at home to reschedule to an earlier date. I rescheduled and appreciate the follow-up.
