This was the first time I saw this provider, per the ininstructions of my internist. IT was urgent that I needed to be seen sooner than my internist could see me. The provider I saw -- one of 2 nurse practitioners in the practice-- was excellent -- top notch!

Ms. Camara was GREAT!! I'm a medically complex PT and she was easily able to deal with all my issues wo a lot of time between visits. This is bc she clearly recognized that I will make every effort to make my health get better as soon as possible. I also felt she listened very carefully to me.

My doctor left the practice and no one informed me. The crnp I saw wasn't even going to mention it until I brought it up.
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/4/2025
This was one of the worst doctor's visits I've ever had. I just felt so ignored. Like the nurse had her goals for the visit and any concerns of mine were secondary and of minor consequence. I left the appointment upset and I'm not sure I'm going back(It was a first time appointment.)

Excellent on all levels. Warm, friendly compassionate and skilled

NP Jalloh-Camara went over my history, got details of my current problem, and discussed with me possible diagnoses. She ordered labs for me to have done and sent a prescription to my drug store for what turned out to be just right to relieve my worst symptom. She also suggested over-the-counter things for my other symptoms.

This was my first visit to a Johns Hopkins practice. I am trying to establish a Primary Care Physician. I was introduced to a nurse practitioner, so I am not confident that I accomplished my goal. She was competent and pleasant.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/2/2025
Provider is excellent. My challenge is initially getting through to the office to set up an appointment. This is not the first time I've had this challenge, particularly getting through to the neurology unit in Bethesda. I work through the scheduling frustration and am really happy with the physicians and care I receive.

This was for a pre-op exam that was urgent as the surgery was needed as soon as practicable. It was scheduled within 10 days of the decision for surgery. My primary provider was unable to schedule the appointment In the time needed. The group practice was able to obtain another provider to conduct the exam timely.

It was sometimes difficult to understand what she was saying, because she spoke with an accent and also spoke very quickly. If she had not spoken so quickly, I would have understood her better.
