Dr. Elias is a medical oncologist and physician scientist specializing in the treatment of genitourinary (kidney, prostate, bladder) cancers. Dr. Elias received his medical degree from the University of Miami Medical School. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, TX. He went on to complete a fellowship in Medical Oncology at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore MD.
Dr. Elias’ laboratory is focused on the development of biomarkers and novel therapeutics for genitourinary malignancies.
Research Interests
Dr. Elias' research is focused on applying machine learning and artificial intelligence to identify new biomarkers and treatments that can improve the survival of patients with metastatic disease.

Dr Elias has been my oncologist for 5 years. During my treatment he has been the most attentive and compassionate doctor I have ever met. Every time I have had an issue he has been right on it and his follow up is second to none. He is a wonderful human being.
