Dr. Liddell is a great provider, but I wish he would use My chart to respond to messages about test results. I had to drive over 2 hours (one way) for a 10 minute appointment.

Dr. Liddell did not have the test results in time for the initial appointment time. However he did discuss next steps making certain assumptions that I agreed with. He did call later that morning when he got the test results and discussed them with me confirming his original treatment path.
