Dr. Chen-Lee is a wonderful doctor. Always listens to me and has been very helpful in diagnosing and dealing with any health issues I have.

I was very satisfied with my visit with Dr. Chen-Lee. I much appreciated her carefully listening to my concerns and providing me with medical guidance. I was able to get a blood test at the office during my visit and received my results the next day, including additional information from Dr. Chen-Lee on the results. The medicine she prescribed for my lingering flu symptoms has been effective and I now feel much better.

Dr. Chen-Lee was very professional. I was a day-of appointment to deal with an issue of concern, and which my PCP advised me to be in contact with the office if I felt I needed to be seen. I got an appointment with Dr. Chen-Lee within an hour of my call. I had a separate issue about getting a Rx filled at my local pharmacy following a change in drug plans. She was able to help me with that, which turned out to be necessary to resolve the issue.

Dr. Chen-Lee is attentive, kind, and easy to talk to. She is reassuring, makes one feel comfortable and is very responsive. This particular visit felt a bit short because we did not do all the checks we normally do as part of the annual exam, to check for reflexes, or to check for breast issues.

She always listens to what I have to say and consults notes from previous visits. She makes recommendations for further trsts and treatments as necessary. She is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. If I write her a message in MyChart she gets back to me. I trust her and am very happy that she is keeping an eye on my health as I get older.
