Regina was so kind and understanding about any questions or concerns I had. She was very thorough with her explanations in a way that still made sense to me & she made sure that I understood before moving on to the next subject. A truly kind and respectful human who made me feel comfortable even when discussing topics that would usually make me uncomfortable.

The provider appears to be quite knowledgeable; however, she was approximately 30 minutes late. During our conversation, she abruptly stopped me, requesting that I wait until she finishes her sentences because it's hard for her to communicate with me (because she said she is old).

Provider wanted to ensure my mental well- being was good by asking what I did to relieve stress.

Regina was very thorough and explained things very well.
