Dr. Chowdhury is very thorough and wants to find ways to reach remission of my Crohn's disease. I've gotten to know Dr. Chowdhury over 2 years and she is great at keeping up with my current health and medications.

Efficient and effective

She's very knowledgeable but her bedside manner is very rushed and I feel like I'm being judged when I tell her things. Both previous visits have been video and I was asked to meet earlier even though we had scheduled in person visits. I will likely try to find a different provider.

She asked a series of questions very quickly, seemed impatient at times. I believe she wants to help me but her manner is difficult when discussing such personal symptoms.

The doctor seemed knowledgeable and efficient in her interviewing process. However, she seemed to push the process along in an abrasive way, stopping me in mid-response to questions she posed, telling me that she had all that information already. This happened a few times during the Tele-visit.

NP Chowdhury is very good at explaining thing things. I appreciate her thoroughness & efficiency.
