I sent a message through the portal that I was in my 4th day of an upper respiratory tract infection. Within about half an hour she responded with a video visit, diagnosed my symptom, gave me instructions and sent out a prescription to my pharmacy. I am in my 10th day of infection (6th day of medication) and feeling fine. Dr. Patel's quick response to my initial message and her accurate diagnosis and treatment has led to a shortened length of illness and suffering. No patient could ask for anything more. I appreciate Dr. Patel's expertise, professionalism, and compassion.
