This was my first time seeing this provider. She was friendly, offered suggestions where necessary and talked to me throughout the process of me getting my ears cleaned. Rachel was very thorough. I did not feel rushed like she was trying to get me in and out. She really took her time.

Provider has been working to remove impacted ear wax in both of my ears.. She had been extremely patient and worked with my anxiety of getting this procedure done every 3-6 month. Through the provide'rs patience and perseverance this visit was the very first time that my ear drums were completely clear and my could be seen! So thankful to the LORD for an AWESOME provider!!
