Rachael Miller Levy, MD

Rachael Miller Levy, M.D., is an obstetrician and gynecologist with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. In addition to providing comprehensive care in general obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Miller Levy is passionate about building trusted, long-term relationships with her patients. She creates a welcoming environment where her patients feel heard, respected and empowered. She offers a full spectrum of women’s health services, including preventive care such as annual exams, Pap smears, STD testing, birth control and sexual health counseling.

Dr. Miller Levy finds great joy in supporting patients through pregnancy and childbirth and feels honored to be part of such a transformative time in their lives. She is also trained in both minor and major gynecologic procedures, including colposcopies, LEEPs, hysteroscopies, D&Cs and minimally invasive surgeries such as laparoscopic hysterectomies.

Originally from Philadelphia, where she completed her medical education and residency, Dr. Miller Levy began her career in private practice before focusing exclusively on labor and delivery. She is excited to return to the office setting, reconnecting with patients through longitudinal care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Miller Levy enjoys spending time with her family, children, and their energetic Portuguese Water Dog. She’s also a proud Philadelphia Eagles fan.
