This was my first visit with the provider; it was by video because of the weather. Conversation was very helpful. The doctor responded very promptly to some follow-up information several days later.

Dr.Sural worked hard to rid me of the infection I contracted. When I didn't respond to the antibiotic, only growing more ill, she researched an alternative that turned my decline into an uphill battle. She visited me in the hospital, comforted my wife with understandable medical information, and was the cheerleader rooting me on with positive results at each blood test.

Dr Sural is absolutely wonderful. She was coordinating with my ortho and primary care doctor as I was hospitalized for a Staph infection and they all raved about how brilliant she is and how much they like working with her. I couldn't agree more. I am so grateful to be under Dr Sural's care. Her staph Is also wonderful, particularly [staff], her Nurse Practioner.
