The question regarding the appointment starting on time is misleading. The technician was timely and saw me in a timely manner. The doctor is consistently behind schedule by an average of 60 to 90 minutes.

Also, I tried to get my local ophthalmologists to send their notes to him and I don't believe they arrived, so I wish there was a foolproof method to send notes to him from other eye doctors. But that may not be JHU fault.

Dr. Ramulu is exceptional in every sense of the word. He was my father's glaucoma doctor for 10 years. When I had concerns about my own eyes and glaucoma, I sought a second opinion from him based on the trust and respect I developed over those 10 years.

Dr. Ramulu was very professional with good listening skills and he took the time to clearly respond to questions. When it was clear that we were out of time, but I still had questions, Dr. Ramulu suggested that I right out my remaining questions and send them to him, then set up a follow up video or telconference.

I feel in great hands. I lost vision in one eye so I must make sure my remaining eye does not worsen.

Waited over hour to see doc. Last visit, they call me in the morning to say he was uh out of the surgery. Early and I should come in early for my appointment. Then I end up having to wait 2 hours to see him then, Because they had no record of having told me to come in early

He is incredibly busy, and I came from out of state for a consult. He listened to every one of my thoughts and questions and gave them considerable thought, direction, and opinion. He was clear in explanations and listened patiently while I went through my list of notes and questions. If I did not live out of state, I would want him for my primary specialist.
