Dr. Liberman was thorough and definitively answered a question that has lingered over 3 OD visits with two different providers at JHM - that the risk of cataract surgery considering my history of retinal tears and a detachment outweighs any potential reward at this time.

Ev even though this is the first time that Dr. Liberman saw me, she was very thorough suggestion, and seeing that I needed a cataract removal from my prior dentist I mean sorry my my prior my prior my prior from my prior for my prior eye Doctor Who has those that has left [staff] was very thorough and what does she need I need to I need it done and she's now preparing everything for me to have my cataracts removed. This was a post-Op eye surgery visit. Dr. Liberman acted professionally in evaluating the condition of my eye. I asked her about if I needed another pre-Op Exam for the other eye. She immediately contacted the eye scheduler to clarify if another pre-Op Exam was necessary.

Dr. Liberman was professional and was clear in explaining my conditions and my treatments. She answered all of my questions and was compassionate about the conditions I have and expressed treatment will help which was comforting and true because the eye drops she prescribed me on my 2nd appointment are starting to give me improvements.

Dr Liberman is fantastic!!!She listens to me about my symptoms and provides the best care plan for me. She considers all my (many) questions thoughtfully and fully explains all the answers. She is one of the most thorough and caring doctors I have ever had (and I have had many). She even knows my son's name, and treats the toddler with love and respect when we bring him to appointments. Hopkins and the world need more doctors like her.

She's very polished and professional! It gives confidence to her patients. She's also forthright in her presentation about what is going on! Excellent!

Was seen by another physician prior to the scheduled provider, and I was unclear on their role or why they were calling me back to be seen. I was eventually seen by the scheduled provider. Both physicians were attentive, caring, and professional. I would recommend sharing why a patient is seeing a different doctor than scheduled to see. Not everyone is well versed in the medical field or know roles (i.e. Resident, fellow)

My provider didn't mention anything to me about having cataracts in both eyes. She said my eyes were good. I go to mychart and it says cataracts in both eye and patient agreed to treatment plan and they spoke to me in depth. None of those things happened.
