I have been with Dr. Giles since 2014. We moved 1 hour away and I still stayed with the office. That is how much we love Dr. Giles. However, in recent years it is extremely difficult to get in for an appointment. Also, I can his schedule is overloaded. I was unable to see Dr. Giles during this virtual appt bc he was over 1 hr late. I waited as long as I could but I had to go back to work.

This was supposed to be an annual physical. After Dr. GILES could not get my BP and heart rate down. He took immediate action.

I am impressed by his display of hand sanitizing prior to any exam that he performs during my visits. He Is a proactive care provider In giving medical advice to prevent potential Illnesses.

Discussed my low blood pressure with provider and he asked me which medicine I'd like to reduce - I'm not a physician - how would I know? He also questioned why I was on a certain medication and he was the person that prescribed it. He was always on me about losing weight and recommending certain books to read. I was down 65 pounds and he didn't say anything.

It would make more sense to do lab work prior to the Physical to be able to Discuss results. The lab work numbers are a huge part of the annual physical. I expect a call from the doctor to discuss the results. Not an email or a call from a tech.

He's easy to talk to and discuss things with

Dr. Giles and his team saved my life. During the routine physical, I was found to be bradicardic (no symptoms except tiredness and sleepiness more than usual) with consequent full heart block. I was resistant to receive EMT/Ambulance help to hospital. Dr. Giles was persistent. It was his persistance that saved my life.

Excellent service used the same Provider for 9 years, awesome customer service, and very caring.
