A poor in communicator, hardly looked at my face and he mostly looked at his computer screen when he talked to me. He appeared to be a reluctant and Indifferent physician. I was not his room just about 5 minutes!!

He was okay. It was my first visit with him. I expected to see copies of the exams taken. I was always given pictures from my previous ophthalmologist. It was surprising to be informed pictures were not given. I was advised to the ophthalmologist Assn for info.

I feel The provider would have had more respect and empathy towards my concern, had I followed through with him from the beginning. I don't even see his fave at the end of the visit, as I thanked him for his time.

Dr. Schein is very knowledgeable about cataracts and provided clear explanations about my cataract condition at this point as well as future follow ups. Although surgery is an option, he explained it is not urgent and that when I felt the status of my cataract was of concern I could call for an appointment to discuss surgery.
