Dr Dy Is phenomenal when I first started seeing him my A1c was a 6.7 I was 222 pounds and just had a lot of stuff going on and now today my A1c was a 5.3 I'm 155 pounds. My body mass is down to 23% and so much more. I am so happy to be with this office with the doctors that listen and that want to help you help yourself.

I jokingly express sometimes that I wonder where I will go or who I will trust so well to put my health life in such hands if Dr. Norman exits JHHCH. Simply put, he is exceptionally humble, dedicated to the job and wellness of patients assuring and reassuring you ""you're in the best of health even when there are things to be done"". He subtly drive home the fundamentals of healthy living without compromise of standards

The entire team works well together and they enjoy their job. They are kind, happy and respectful. It makes me actually enjoy going to the office and it's preferred over virtual because they draw my blood at the office. It's like a one stop shop. The only thing I have had to schedule separately is any imaging. I love how quickly they respond to any questions I send them online via MyChart. This team is amazing.
