Dr. Hsu, has excellent bedside manner. He was caring and sensitive to my needs and explained my surgery and after care completely. My first follow-up appointment was exactly as he said it would be. I experienced some anxiety after the doctor had finished my exam, the nurses called him back into the exam room and without hesitation he came to check on me to ensure I was ok.I really appreciated his concern.

More time should be spent for first post op visit. The Dr needs to be more informative and verbal about post op health expectations, potential hazards and risks, timeline recovery.

He was wonderful. Listened, cared, did not rush me through my many questions. He also suggested one thing the prior doc from Ortho MD did not. He wants me to take a baby aspirin while my broken foot is in a boot. Ortho MD did not think of that!!!
