Nicole deBettencourt CRNP DNP. listens intently, gives clear, plain, Intelligible explanations. Allows time for me to ask questions. I never feel rushed. Shows a sincere interest in my health, presents a specific plan moving forward, i.e acupuncture. which in turn motivates me to be proactive about my health.

She did did a very good job taking over for my initial provider who evidently has left the practice. She was very professional and yet was compassionate. Liked her a lot

Ms. deBettencourt answered all of my questions and I left the appointment feeling that all my concerns were thoroughly addressed. She seemed knowledgeable about my condition and gave me options for treatments based on the current state of evidence based medicine and my preferences. Ms. deBettencourt speaks very quickly, which enabled her to share significant amounts of information, even if it necessitated asking her to repeat herself a couple times. I would be glad to see her again for this issue and would recommend her to others.

Nicole deBettencourt (CRNP, DNP) and the Nurse Practitioner working with her during my appointment exceeded the standards that are stereotypically associated with those who are trained within, and who work for, the Johns Hopkins University Hospital system and its affiliated, specialty/private practices.
