    Everyone from [staff] (appointments), to the front desk attendant, to the provider (Nicole Lollo) was extremely courteous ans helpful. They really put me at ease and made the experience as pleasant as it could possibly be.

    Ms Lollo was wonderful. I had a skin biopsy. Nicole explained the procedure and made sure I comfortable. She was friendly and professional, a great combination.

    Nicole Lollo was wonderful! She fully explained my condition Familial Amyloid Neuropathy, treatments, genetic testing for my children. She was very kind and helpful. I feel blessed having her and the practice taking care of me.

    She talked me through the procedure every step of the way, made sure the areas were numb before proceeding. Great breathing coach. Super kind and professional. Gave 2 was to contact if I experienced problems. Discussed what those might look like. Gave informed consent. Told me how long to expect results.

    Nicole Lollo was caring and seemed thorough in her follow-up from my visit in November. While there is no resolution I still think I was able to participate in the decisions about meds, treatments, etc. And Nicole Is sympathetic about the ongoing concern.
