The provider introduced herself as doctor but used my first name to address me. She should refer to me as Mrslast name. She was very young and not interested in what I was describing as my main complaint. Instead preferring to continue to her spiel. She needs to understand that a patient has experience for decades on their own life and she knows nothing about their background. She should show more respect and practice active listening. She should also never address a person by their first name unless she prefers to be addressed as Neha by the patient.

I'm so grateful so have Dr. Chavali as my OB during this pregnancy. She has been so calm and informative and has excellent patient facing care skills. She's just the best.

Dr. Chavali was very apologetic for her delay once she came into the room. She was very kind and easy to talk to. She has a wonderful bedside manner. I felt like she truly listened to me and my concerns and she was very clear with explaining what she thinks is going on with my body and options available for treatment. I absolutely would recommend her to anyone looking for a OBGYN.

Dr. Chavali was diligent, compassionate and thorough. I greatly appreciated working with her and the nurse that assisted her.

Super nice, answered all questions. Coming from nyc and this was my first visit. Given that 1 in 3 women have cancer, I do not agree with a Pap smear every 3-5 years, and 5-7 years for colonoscopy. The provider did not do a check of rectom- which is not fun, but pretty valuable exam.
