Excellent provider. Gives explanations and a range of choices.

My first appointment with Dr. Chugh was in person (June 2025). Second appointment was a video but unfortunately I was having a very bad day and was unable to communicate well due to fatigue and pain. My third appointment was video. During this appointment I was able to share the remaining issues/injuries that I was unable to address in the second appointment. I think it provided Dr. Chugh with the bigger picture of what I have been dealing with for 10 years. It was a very good appointment.

It's my first appointment with with Dr. Chugh. I find him a very perceptive doctor yet a good listener and compassionate healer. It's unfortunate that he will not be seeing clinical patients and focusing mainly on surgical duties instead.

I had difficulty getting a prompt appointment with a qualified neurologist such this provider. That was not the providrer's fault, but was the neurology department's administrative deficiencies: no response to messages, emails, etc and referrals to specialists who were qualified to diagnose and treat my problem.

Dr. Chugh was compassionate, respected me as a patient, and treated me with kindness. He took his time and was in no way in a rush to get to his next patient. I am happy to be able to see him. I told him I did not want to change horses in the middle of the stream. (My appointment was cancelled about 3 or 4 times since last year.)
