Besides Dr. Gonzalez, there was another doctor who saw me first and did preliminary observations. Both Dr. Gonzalez and the other doctor were courteous and listened to my questions and concerns.

Not pleasant. Rushed, not informative, unfriendly

She did not have any bedside manner. She seemed rushed and like she did it enjoy what she was doing. I got bad news that I had to have skin cancer from my lips and she just kept talking about how bad it was going to be for me in terms of treatment. When I asked questions I felt like I was bothering her. It was my first experience with skin cancer and I need to know my options. As a result I am going to another provider for a second opinion.

Didn't have the treatment I was looking for available. The laser isn't working in this office and won't be available for months. Took my $150 for a less than 5 min consult with really nothing to offer. Waste of my money and time. Had I known ahead of time that the laser treatment isn't available at this time I would have made an appointment for another time when it was available. It's ridiculous to have to pay that kind of money for a service that isn't available.
