Migseg Sanchez, DO

Dr. Sanchez specializes in pediatric gastroenterology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She sees patients at the hospital’s Outpatient Care Center in Fort Myers and Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida. She joined the hospital staff in 2025.

Dr. Sanchez treats the range of gastrointestinal disease with specific interest in inflammatory bowel disease, eosinophilic esophagitis, and metabolic dysfunction associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). 

Dr. Sanchez earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. She completed a residency in pediatrics at Eastern Virginia Medical School/Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia. She then completed a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C., where she also served as chief fellow. She also earned a Master of Science in biomedical sciences from Barry University in Hollywood, Florida.

She speaks English and Spanish.
