I am so glad to have Michelle as my new PCP. She was thorough and very open to my health wishes. If she didn't know an answer to a question she didn't dismiss my needs, she sought the research and helped me make a decision. She was a great listener and extremely compassionate. There were notes in my chart from other providers that I was not aware of and did not fully understand and she took time to explain it. It was a great visit.

That was my first visit with Dr.Michelle, I had an excellent experience on my first visit with her.

As my sister's medical POA, I'm am transitioning her to assisted living. I had just tol her and she was very upset. Dr. Joffe helped with dealing with that difficult conversation with dignity, patience, and respect for my sister. We were filling out the living will paperwork for the assisted living. My sister has little memory and processing skills, but Dr. Joffe was so patient and spent so much time with us making sure we understood and made the right decisions for my sister. I am so grateful.

Michelle Joffe is simply the best PCP I've ever had. I have United Healthcare and most unfortunately she's now out-of-network for me, but she's so important to me that I wanted her to still be my doctor anyway.

Although this was a follow-up for results from a prior procedure, I was also not feeling well, wore a mask and treated for my illness as-well. I absolutely love Michelle Joffe. She is thorough with exams and explains plans of action. This particular day was a quick exam and tests taken for my illness with quick explanation for getting well.
